Requirements
1. Must be of Chicano/Latino descent.
2. Must be an undocumented student. We define an undocumented student as someone who was born outside of the U.S. but lives here without the legal permission of the federal government.
3. Must be or will be a high school/GED graduate who will enroll for the first time in an accredited college or university in the U.S. or Puerto Rico for the 2013-2014 academic year. Due to limited funds, students enrolled in college after they have graduated will not be considered.
4. Must demonstrate financial need.
5. Must demonstrate academic potential and promise.
